Philosophy: Bobby believes in proper form of weight amount. There is no need to spin your wheels for hours on end, when you can maximize your results in half the time. Bobby trains his client with intensity strict but concentration is his main focus. He also feels strongly about injury preventions as a key way to keep moving forward and progressing.
How I became involved in fitness:
Bobby began his fitness journey as a freshmen in high school. Being considered the “skinny” kid Bobby quickly recognized his potential to become an athlete. He joined the gym after his first season of wrestling and was determined to add muscle to his skinny frame, however lacked proper guidance. Bobby spent time learning his craft and is pleased to pass along this knowledge to all his current and new clients.
