I believe in teaching why the methods work so that you can use that understanding to help you make the best decisions outside the gym as well.
How I Became Involved in Fitness
I’ve always been active from playing sports all my life to spending my free time hiking and exploring in the woods to climbing anything and everything I could. I spent my high school years with the goal of becoming either a computer programmer or teacher. Until one day I looked around and realized I didn’t want to sit behind a desk all day, I wanted to do a job that kept me moving and engaged. With my passion for teaching and being active becoming a Personal Trainer just made sense.
